Energoatom and the Energy Community Secretariat signed a Memorandum of Understanding
The Dispute Resolution and Negotiation Center of the Energy Community Secretariat will help Energoatom to coordinate and legally support – under national and international legal acts – the Company's claims against the russian federation and its agents for compensation for damages and losses caused by the large-scale military invasion of Ukraine.
In particular, potential donors, sponsors and partners who will support the consideration of claims to the russian federation will be identified involving the Secretariat.
The signed Memorandum will remain in effect until January 1, 2026.
