A mobile crane with a lifting capacity of 50 tons delivered to Khmelnytska NPP for completion of power units
While congratulating the nuclear workers, the head of the government thanked the Company's team for the smooth operation Currently, the unique SANY mobile crane with a lifting capacity of 50 tons is changing its location and will be used in the construction of new power units of the Khmelnytska NPP. In particular, it will be used for the completion of KhNPP power units 3 and 4, as well as for the construction of new power units using the Westinghouse AP1000 technology.
The main feature of the mobile crane is its telescopic boom. It lifts the cargo up to a height of 42 m – this is enough to work on the upper markings of the reactor compartments of the units under construction.
The specialized vehicle is equipped with a system that prevents overturning and ensures high stability and safe operation.
New KhNPP power units are meant to be!
