Petro Kotin told how Energoatom conducts a maintenance campaign at the NPPs
This was said by the head of JSC “NNEGC “Energoatom”, Petro Kotin, on the air of Yedyni Novyny (United News) national telethon.
"We have already repaired most of the power units and returned them to the power grid. Everyone felt the easing of restrictions when two units were connected to the power grid. Two more units left to repair, and we will also connect them before the beginning of the autumn-winter period."
According to the head of the Company, it is possible to shorten the terms of the maintenance campaign, first of all, due to the selfless work of nuclear power professionals. After all, everyone in his place is aware of his own responsibility.
As of today, Energoatom managed to shorten the maintenance campaign period by 25 days. In the future, the Company will work at the same pace, carrying out repairs promptly without loss of quality.
