President of Energoatom Petro Kotin held another meeting of Command Centre on completion of two power units at one of the domestic nuclear power plants
Currently, Energoatom is preparing to begin installation of the essential equipment in the containment of the power unit of one of the NPPs. Furthermore, within the framework of the meeting of Command Centre, several issues regarding the course of construction and the plan for the implementation of the assigned tasks were considered.
As Petro Kotin noted, even during the martial law, Ukrainian nuclear power professionals keep doing their utmost to develop domestic nuclear power generation, which is the guarantee of our country's energy independence.
As a reminder, the construction of new power units is an important part of the Energy Strategy of Ukraine until 2050, given achieving the set goals is possible due to the development of modern and safe nuclear generation.
