Martina Quick, Deputy Head of Mission of the Embassy of Sweden in Ukraine, said this during the welcome speech at the International Conference “Nuclear Energy Opportunities for Country’s Development: Wartime and Postwar Reconstruction”.
“Annual funding for nuclear safety and security cooperation with Ukraine has more than doubled since February 2022. Looking ahead, together with France, the Czech Republic and Japan, Sweden is co-chairing the working group for radiation and nuclear security within the framework of President Zelenskyi’s Peace Formula,” Martina Quick added.
